i thought the location was great, it was close to the beach with cafes on the walkway. the hotel seemed clean to me. they did upgrade my room, nice.
the english wasn't great by some staff, and i felt they were more polite with turkish people. i went to play pool but no one said it costed 10 euros. the bingo prize i won was just a balloon

the food was not to my liking. i found out that ultra all inclusive only meant i got internet in my room. this should be standard when you pay so much (in my opinion).

the location offered a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. the food was lovely, with a wide variety to choose from. staff were friendly. the facilities included several swimming pools and a relaxing spa experience. the air conditioning worked perfectly.
i noticed the gym equipment was a little dated.

the hotel offered a private beach accessible through a tunnel. this tunnel offered direct access and convenience. the spa services provided relaxation with a sauna.
the room had cigarette smells when the AC was on. i suspect it came through the vents. the corridors looked outdated and lacked modernity.

the location was convenient to many attractions. the room was clean upon arrival. the buffet offered a wide variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. the staff were kind with directions.
the air conditioning was not very effective in the room. i struggled to adjust the temperature. the gym equipment was outdated and limited. some machines were out of order. the evening entertainment was loud and went on late, disrupting sleep.

excellent food selectionample space
the food selection was excellent. there was a huge range of international foods available (i especially liked the desserts!). the room i had was fantastic with a double bed, a single bed, and also a sofa. there was ample space to move around.
the coffee wasn't great. it tasted like it was made from milk powder and some cheap coffee mixture (definitely not ground bean coffee).
